As for venue, just because Pereira is from Brazil doesn’t mean he has to defend in his country. It doesn’t even mean Pereira would want this. There are plenty of other Brazilian fighters who are available for UFC to fight in Rio, including another UFC champion.
Pereira vs. Hill are the types of fights we need from the matchmakers.
