My best guess on why he did that is he was not thinking at all. Just lost himself in the fight and completely forgot what should and should not be done.

Losing control as a fighter inside the cage is a major bad sign so I would not be surprised if the UFC let him go. Depending on how he approuch the questions that come his way later I will see if I would like him out as well.

I have to agree with anyone annoyed over how much fence grabbing Lima got away with. Tognoni is the only ref that will insert himself at the middle of a heated exchange to warn about finger pointing but then gives 10 warnings for fence grabs before he considers taking action.
