AAAAHHHH the hype is real 

3 more hours to the press conference, one more sleep to the weigh ins, 3 embedded episodes ahead of us, 2 more sleeps and the show is on

to be honest I dont remember when people were so hyped about an UFC event, maybe even a year ago or something

this is going to be a statement win made by fiorot, she's just too good

those side kicks to the body and those calf kicks and oblique kicks are just going to be toooooo good for fiorot
(hint: how did chookagian's latest tko loss occur? and what does fiorot like to do the most with her kicks? if you answered "attacks to the body" to both of those questions bingo you've correctly predicted this fight before it's even happened)

to add on to this, chookagian can only unleash her full boxing capabilities (which at the very best shes a female nate diaz with a sweet 1-2 that she likes to hide behind the double jab) if she's given the range she needs to work with. fiorot is an insanely good karate fighter who manages range better than chookagian and blitzes in and out at will making the only thing chookagian does well realllyyyy hard to do

on top of that, fiorot has some nasty grappling and has outgrappled literally every single one of her opponents (including tabatha ricci quite literally the best bjj artist in the division) with her only having been taken down ONCE!!!

now, if we were to try and figure out IF (huuuge if) fiorot loses, how is it going to happen? it takes an elite striker to make a read on her and realize there's tiny moments in the fight she drops her left hand after each clinch break or in exchange for pressure/volume so either a perfectly timed right hook (chookagian doesnt throw hooks let alone with her backhand being the right hand, 90% of her strikes are straight punches) or a perfectly timed right headkick (fiorot has been caught with this attack before in the ufc but again, chookagian simply does NOT throw kicks with her right leg whether those are high or low with her  and fiorot has a granite chin)

if you want to bet on chookagian winning a memey split decision she does not deserve because the judges decided to commit a bank heist against fiorot, sure go ahead

me personally? i'm expecting a masterclass in octagon control, grappling, range management, pace, cutting angles and striking pressure from fiorot

Every grappler Brady has fought, he's been able to outgrapple. Belal is more used to facing equal grapplers and outworking them, whereas Brady will be exploring uncharted waters trying to grapple with an equal. Plus, Brady gasses pretty quickly when the resistance grows.

Oezdemir vs. Krylov

Oezdemir has been past it since Jiri turned off his lights. He looks slow and stiff now. With that said, he's probably smart enough to avoid being finished, but Krylov should borderline dominate him here.
